As a FinTEC Program Fellow, you will learn new skills through a Freddie Mac sponsored technology immersion and a guided period of exploration of roles within the Infrastructure space. The Fellows in Technology, End User Tech and Cyber Program (FinTEC) is a highly structured 18-month rotational program where individuals will have the opportunity to build skills and gain valuable experience.
We also welcome individuals re-entering the workforce after temporarily stepping away from their careers to care for family or to serve our country. This opportunity is ideal for mid-career individuals who may not have technology experience or may be self-taught.
